REFUND TIMELINE & PROCESSING

Once we receive your returned items and verify they meet our return criteria, we process refunds within 5-10 business days. You'll receive email confirmation when your refund has been initiated.

Refund Method:
All refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund after we've initiated it. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days after processing, while other payment methods may vary.

Free Return Shipping:
We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all eligible returns within the United States. For international returns, we cover the return shipping costs when the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

Full Refund Guarantee:
When items are returned in their original condition within the 60-day window, you'll receive a full refund of the purchase price, including any taxes paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

While we strive to accept all returns, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

EXCHANGES

Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? Simply return your original item following our return process, and place a new order for the item you'd prefer. We'll process your refund for the returned item while your new order ships separately.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
